Design Ideas

We love bringing wildlife to our garden. This “Sunshine Blue” Caryopteris is full of bees and moths in late summer.

Do It Yourself

“Sunshine Blue” Caryopteris and all Caryopteris do best by being cut to six inches tall in very early spring. By fall it will be 4’ x 4’ and full of flowers. Plant in full sun and enjoy the show.

Stretch your Dollars

You can multiply your Caryopteris by cuttings or seedlings. This plant grows very fast, so buy the smallest you can find.

Plant List

“Sunshine Blue” Caryopteris is also known as a “Golden Bluebeard” and “Jason”.

Master Gardener

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing, and perfect will. Romans 12:2
