Grassland Management Workshop

The St. Clair County Soil & Water Conservation District is hosting a grassland management informational meeting for area landowners on grassland management opportunities featuring nationally known speaker, Walt Davis

Walt Davis is from Southeastern Oklahoma and grew up in Oklahoma and Texas working on ranches with cattle, sheep and goats. He attended Texas A & M College where he completed a BS degree in animal husbandry. He practices a “lower input” and more sustainable program. This practice has resulted in an operation that is both more profitable and more stable. He has taught numerous seminars on this philosophy.


Seating is limited to the first 150 reservations

Lunch will be provided by the St. Clair Co SWCD
